Travel Document Delivery Options

Airport Pick-Up
We will send you an electronic confirmation which you will present prior to checking-in at the airport in order to receive your travel documents.

Electronic Travel Document
This option has almost become the norm. As long as you have a fax or e-mail, we will send you your travel documents electronically (which also means the document can be reprinted if you misplace it). Currently, not all companies offer electronic travel documents, so one of our travel consultants will contact you only when this option is not available to you.

Courier
We will courier your travel document to any international destination. Our rates are as follows (and will be charged separately to this transaction):

2-Night Overnight within Alberta: $20.00 CDN
Rest of Canada: $30.00 CDN
International: Rate will fluctuate depending on destination.
